When Asa offers to drop Gabrielle off at the homeless shelter on his way back to the mansion, Bo says that Gabrielle will be staying with him.	Bo: "She's not going to a homeless shelter. January 9	Gabrielle moves in to Bo's place. She thanks him for his kindness but offers to move out. When he doesn't stop her, she stops herself. Bo tells Gabrielle to get a job if she wishes to stay with him.	Bo: "You didn't have any place else to go, you know, and I couldn't let you freeze to death on a park bench."	Transcript
January 10	Gabrielle is looking for a job at the Palace. She asks Viki and then Ben for a job. Then she finds an ad in the paper for a job with no experience required.
January 11	Gabrielle meets Troy at the hospital for his experiment with truth serum. Without discretion, she admits to the entire plot with Asa to frame Max. He leaves briefly, and when he returns, the effects have worn off and she denies the truth to what she's said. He pays her the money and she leaves.
January 24	Gabrielle comes home, upset about Al's medical situation. Bo tells Gabrielle that Asa offered to pay Al's medical bills. Gabrielle is determined to get a job and pay for the bills herself.
January 28	Asa trash-talks Gabrielle, all the while trying to reconcile with Bo. He tries to give Bo the deed to the lodge, but Bo refuses to be bought.
January 29	Gabrielle goes to the Silver Moon Boutique to look for a job, but the position has been filled. Gabrielle waits until the store owner leaves, and then she steals a dress right off the mannequin, leaving her own clothes behind. Now dressed in style, she goes to Lindsay's gallery opening to try and get some money. Bo is at the dinner for the McKenzie award for Antonio. He finds out that John Sykes has dumped Rae Cummings, and he comforts her.
January 30	Gabrielle tries to con David Vickers, but Renee interrupts and reveals that they are both con artists. Gabrielle goes to the docks and considers throwing herself into the river, but when she hears Todd and David coming, she hides. Bo is called to the scene where the dress was stolen.
January 31	Gabrielle is on the docks with David Vickers and Todd, overhearing what Todd did with Jack in Mexico. Bo learns of the stolen dress at the Silver Moon Boutique and checks it out. All the evidence points to his new roomie, hate to admit it though he does. Bo arrives at the docks to arrest Gabrielle.	Bo: "Gabrielle Medina, you have the right to remain silent."	Transcript
February 1	Gabrielle attempts to pretend that she never stole the dress, but her crime is quickly revealed when the store's surveillance tape is watched. Gabrielle is remorseful and begs him not to arrest her. Bo pays for the dress and asks the owner not to press charges.
February 4	Gabrielle asks Todd for a job in return for her silence about Jack, claiming that threatening her life is foolish as she has nothing to lose. He is less than willing, but Gabrielle is convincing when Blair arrives and she nearly tells her on the spot.
February 13	Bo finds out about Gabrielle's job at "The Sun" and he doesn't trust that it's legitimate. He warns her not to conspire with Todd Manning. Bo expresses his concern to not want to see her get hurt.	Bo: "After everything else you've been through, you know, I just don't want... February 14	Bo and Gabrielle go to the opening of Capricorn together. Bo quickly realizes that Gabrielle is trying to make Max jealous, and he calls her on it. Gabrielle threatens to drop the bombshell on Blair, and Bo overhears and asks her what she meant. While Blair sings "Funny Valentine," Bo and Gabrielle share their first and second close dances.	Bo: "Gabrielle, they're playing our song. Want to struggle?"
February 18	Gabrielle sets out food for Bo to convince him that she could have never killed Asa. Asa arrives to schedule his community service with Bo. March 13	Gabrielle follows Bo to the Diner because she missed having dinner with him and needed a friend. Gabrielle interrupts a conversation between Bo and Cristian and warns him not to interfere with Jen and Al. Bo and Gabrielle return to their meals and have a moment discussing being parents. March 21	Gabrielle arrives at the station and hears about Lindsay's arrest. Bo asks her to keep it quiet, which she agrees to do right before calling Todd about it. A reporter from the Sun comes to get a tape of Lindsay's story. Bo finds out about the tape and is disappointed in Gabrielle, asking for the tape. When she refuses, he reproaches her. April 2	Gabrielle is asked to babysit Jack while Todd leaves. Bo arrives to see Gabrielle taking care of Jack. He asks her to sign papers wrapping up the dress incident. They talk about Al. Bo offers to give Gabrielle an exclusive on Lindsay if she plays by the rules. She thanks him for taking care of the dress incident.
April 8	Asa offers to let Al and Jen use his mansion for their wedding. While Max and Gabrielle stand closely discussing it, Bo watches on jealously.
April 9	Max arrives at the station to ask Bo to come to Al's wedding on behalf of Gabrielle, who did not ask him to do so. Bo wonders how Max feels about that, but Max doesn't have feelings for Gabrielle anymore. Bo agrees to go to the wedding.
April 10	Bo questions Asa's motives for hosting Al's wedding. Gabrielle asks Bo to escort her to the wedding, and Max briefly interrupts the conversation. Later, Max offers to help Gabrielle put on her necklace, but she insists she doesn't need any help. When Bo offers, she accepts his offer for help. Bo has to cancel his date with Gabrielle to go to LA, and Asa takes Gabrielle aside to question her about her relationship with Bo.
April 11	Asa confronts Gabrielle about her intentions with Bo, but she swears she has no romantic interest in him, and she knows the feeling is mutual. Asa is unconvinced.
April 19	Todd calls Gabrielle to have her head off Blair at the hospital. Todd and Nigel track down Alex Olanov.
April 22	Blair presses Gabrielle for what she's up to. Nigel and Todd struggle with Alex at the airport.
April 23	Todd brings Alex to Gabrielle's place, asking Nigel and Gabrielle to babysit her. Nigel takes off and Alex gives Gabrielle a hard time.
April 24	Gabrielle and Nigel realize they've lost Alex. Alex is at Asa's mansion, and Nigel promptly abducts her again. Todd is angry when he finds Alex gone, but Nigel returns with Alex. When she realizes Todd wants her to be a donor again, she refuses.
April 25	Asa is suspicious of Gabrielle while the others hide on the terrace.
April 26	Alex and the others at the hospital for the bone marrow transplant. Alex wanders off while the others are frantic to keep the entire thing hushed.
April 29	The crew track down Alex, and Todd pays her the money to do the surgery. Gabrielle encourages Todd to tell the truth, but he refuses.
May 2	Sam confronts Gabrielle about Todd at the Sun. When Sam overhears her phone call to Todd, she rushes out to warn Todd, running right into Bo.
May 3	Bo presses Gabrielle to tell him the truth about Todd, but Gabrielle is firm. Asa arrives to tell Bo about Gabrielle having men over the house. When Asa compares Gabrielle to Lindsay, Bo throws him out. Bo demands total honesty from Gabrielle or she can't live with him anymore.
May 6	Bo threatens to kick Gabrielle out unless she levels with him about Todd. She thinks he is being mean, but he tells her he's doing this because he cares about her. He gives her an ultimatum, but she disappoints him when she says she can't tell him. He says good-bye and walks out. Later, Bo talks to Niki about Gabrielle and her involvement with Todd. Niki begins her plan to seduce Bo. Todd calls Gabrielle to ask for her assistance in getting Alex, but Max pays her a visit first.
May 7	Gabrielle and Nigel search for Alex at the hospital. Gabrielle pretends that she was Jack's bone marrow donor. Alex tries to reveal herself as the real donor, but Nigel stops her. Todd sends Alex off to Alaska, and while they all think she has taken off, her flight is overbook and she takes a 400 dollar voucher to take a later flight. Todd thanks Gabrielle, and she asks him to lose her number.
May 8	Alex decides to stay in Llanview to be with her true love. She comes to Bo and Gabrielle's place looking for Bo, much to Gabrielle's surprise and dismay.
May 9	At the Palace, Niki continues to manipulate Bo into thinking Ben is violent. Asa interrupts them to ask if he has kicked Gabrielle out of his place yet. Bo takes him aside to discuss the matter. Bo begins to realize that Alex might actually be in town. Alex and Gabrielle argue about whether or not Bo is a good match with either of them. Bo comes home and assures Alex that he will never be with her again. Gabrielle decides to be completely honest with him.
May 10	Gabrielle comes clean about Todd to Bo. He seems sympathetic while she's telling the story, but when she asks if she's lost his friendship, he walks out without a word.
May 13	Live week. Gabrielle packs up her things at the Sun and gives Todd her resignation. He wants her help, but when he finds out that she's told Bo the truth about everything, he throws her out. Bo tells Niki about what Todd and Gabrielle have been doing.
May 16	Niki buys muffins and fantasizes film-noir about bringing them to Bo. Bo catches Gabrielle trying to move out. They discuss what's happened and whether or not Bo can forgive her. Niki arrives to give Bo "home-baked" muffins, and he thanks her, saying that he and Gabrielle will enjoy them. Niki leaves, and curses Gabrielle outside the door. She calls Asa, worried about Bo. She meets with him and tells him she's concerned that he and Gabrielle are too close, and she wants Asa to interfere. Asa agrees, and asks Rae for help. At the end of their discussion, Bo admits that he wants Gabrielle to stay, and she agrees not to move out.
May 17	Niki railroads Bo into being more concerned about Ben's anger, to the point of making Bo talk to Ben about it. Niki Smith is patting herself on the back for her efforts, when Viki comes out again.
May 20	Bo tries to talk to Ben about his anger, but Ben is confused. Viki is determined to tell someone about Niki Smith. Viki is about to tell Ben and Bo about Niki, when Niki takes over again. Niki is relieved that Viki didn't blow her cover.
May 21	Bo asks Blair if she's pressing charges against Todd, but she decides against it. Asa brings Rae to Bo and Gabrielle's place to try to have a family therapy session for himself and Bo. When Bo is not there, Asa wants to have Rae tell Gabrielle to leave, but Rae refuses. Bo comes home to the situation and is insulted that Asa would try this. At the end, Niki calls Bo, saying she needs him -- alone.
May 22	Niki tries to get Bo to go to London with her. Gabrielle begins to take her things out of Todd's office, but Blair arrives and threatens to press charges against Gabrielle. Bo refuses to go to London with Niki because Gabrielle needs him. Niki curses Gabrielle outside the apartment.
May 24	Niki tries to get Troy to date Gabrielle, but he says he's already with Nora.
May 27	Ben confronts Niki about trying to set Troy up with Gabrielle.
May 28	Bo tells Gabrielle that they won't bring charges against her. Niki and Asa talk outside the door about how to get Gabrielle out of Bo's life. Niki talks with Bo briefly. Gabrielle meets Roxy and has a short fight with her and Max before leaving again for Bo's office. Niki Smith steals rat poison from the janitor's closet, brings it to Bo's office, and offers Gabrielle poisoned coffee under the guise of burying the hatchet.
May 29	Niki tries to get Gabrielle to drink the poisoned coffee and, after a fantasy that she's done so, Gabrielle winds up giving the coffee to Bo. Niki pushes Bo into Gabrielle, spilling the coffee over both of them. Bo insists that it was an accident, but Gabrielle knows it wasn't. Niki is upset that her plan didn't work, and Viki appears to her to argue over getting her life back. Gabrielle walks in and she confronts Niki for scalding her on purpose and for wanting Bo all to herself.
May 30	Niki offers Gabrielle the job at the Banner, as long as Gabrielle moves out of Bo's home and his life. Offended, Gabrielle refuses and heads home to tell Bo. Meanwhile, Niki fantasizes about Bo. Bo arrives to confront her about Gabrielle. Al arrives to see his mother.
May 31	Al questions his mother about her feelings for her roommate. Bo reprimands Niki for her attempts to meddle in his life. He forces her to make her offer legitimate; once he leaves, Niki is furious about having to employ Gabrielle. Bo returns home to tell Gabrielle the wonderful news. Ecstatic, she throws her arms around him and showers his face with friendly kisses -- but the last one winds up on his lips, and they engage in their first, deep kiss.
June 3	Bo and Gabrielle stagger back, each apologizing for the kiss. Flustered, Gabrielle leaves as Asa arrives. Bo defends Gabrielle to Asa and insists that they weren't doing anything together before he showed up. Asa promises not to interfere, and then sets Bo up on a blind date with Claire Baxter. Gabrielle goes to Llanfair to thank Niki for the job without conditions and gets the door in her face. She returns home as Asa is leaving. Once alone, Bo wants to talk to Gabrielle about the kiss, but she insists that it was a gesture of friendship. Bo is more than happy to agree. He tells Gabrielle about his upcoming date.
June 6	Niki tells Bo that Allison Perksin sent her a nasty note and that Ben went to confront her. She then insists that her marriage is over because she doesn't love Ben anymore. When Bo tells her that she can always turn to him, she throws her arms around him and kisses him.
June 7	Ben walks in just after Niki kisses Bo. Niki tells him there was an emergency at the clinic to get him out. Once he leaves, Bo reproaches Niki for kissing him, and makes it very clear that he has no romantic feelings for her, nor will he ever share anything more than friendship with her. Asa gives Gabrielle a hard time about her relationship with Bo. His men set up a dinner table for Bo and Claire. Gabrielle daydreams about being on the date with Bo when he walks in.
June 10	Bo catches Gabrielle on her way out the door for the Palace. Bo suffers through his blind date, while Gabrielle suffers through her dinner alone at The Palace. When Gabrielle comes home, she finds an article of Claire's clothing tossed carelessly on the sofa. She looks up as Bo walks out of his bedroom, half-naked.
June 11	Bo clears things up with Gabrielle, and they clean up the table. With the AC broken, both have trouble sleeping in the heat. Gabrielle goes to the terrace to cool herself down with ice cubes. Bo tosses and turns in bed, thinking about kissing Gabrielle. Frustrated, he goes to the kitchen to get water, but sees Gabrielle on the terrace on his way. Forgetting the water, he watches her from a distance. He approaches her but changes his mind and sneaks back off to his room.
June 12	Terrified of his feelings for Gabrielle, Bo makes a phone call to get the air conditioning fixed so he doesn't have another night "like last night." No one from maintenance can come, so Bo decides to fix it himself. When Gabrielle comes to check on him, the door locks from the other side and they are trapped together. They share a few very close, very intense moments before Claire shows up, looking for her wrap, and lets them out. Claire accuses Gabrielle of having feelings for Bo, and Gabrielle secretly decides to put an end to the situation.
June 25	Desperate to keep the situation with Bo from escalating, Gabrielle tries to move out before she and Bo get too close. He's happy when he gets a call that the apartment she wanted to rent fell through. She confronts him about this, and he admits that he doesn't want her to move.
June 26	Bo is about to tell Gabrielle how he feels when Asa interrupts. Bo defends Gabrielle to Asa, and she overhears from afar. Once Asa leaves, Gabrielle tells Bo that she hopes she can one day see herself the way he sees her. Asa plots against Gabrielle in the hall.
July 1	Asa hires Claire to take Gabrielle down. Bo congratulates Gabrielle on a job well done at the Banner. She talks about her desire to pay Al's medical bills on her own. Proud of her success, Bo leans in to kiss her, but Claire interrupts, and she tells Gabrielle that her half of the bill is due by the end of the week.
July 12	At the hospital, Claire corners Gabrielle, who is looking for Bo. She presses her for payment on Al's medical bills.
July 18	Asa asks Claire to give Gabrielle her final warning about Al's bills. Asa sends Joel Miranda to offer Gabrielle a bribe.
July 23	Gabrielle calls Joel Miranda seemingly to accept his offer. Asa asks him to wear a bug to get her crime on tape. Gabrielle accepts the bribe and asks Joel to leave when Bo arrives. He arrests Joel for offering the bribe, as Gabrielle had already told Bo earlier about the offer and agreed to wear a wire to get his crime on tape. Asa is furious. Bo finds out that Asa was behind it, and he swears to prosecute Asa for what he's done. Gabrielle admits to trying to be a better person for Bo.
August 14	Gabrielle tells Al that the police are looking for him. She is confused by his behavior when he doesn't want to be treated like a hero. Al gets a call from Bo to come to the station now.
August 15	Gabrielle brings Bo food, knowing he doesn't eat well when he's on a case. Al is there for questioning about the fire at Sam's house. Gabrielle recognizes that Al is lying. Later, Gabrielle brings Bo a change of clothes, not expecting him to come home. She tells him that their apartment feels lonely without him.
August 23	GGabrielle walks in on Al trying to pin the fire on Niki Smith, and she suspects that Al is lying about the fire, and confronts him about it. Bo works with Antonio and Ben to track down Allison Perkins and Lindsay Rappaport who are holding Niki hostage at Llantano Mountain.
August 26	Gabrielle figures out that Al set the fire, and Jen interrupts. After Jen leaves, Gabrielle confronts Al with her suspicions, and Al admits to it. Viki takes control of her life again when she realizes that Ben has been shot by Antonio.
August 27	Max finds Al and Gabrielle fighting and demands to know what's wrong. When Al lies, Gabrielle goes home to tell Bo, but Al shows up to stop her. They argue briefly about whether Gabrielle should protect her son or do the right thing and turn him in.
August 29	Gabrielle agrees not to turn Al in, but she encourages him to do it himself. She says that Bo will be understanding.
September 6	Bo catches Gabrielle calling Al, concerned. She avoids admitting the real reason for her concern. She gives her sympathies for Ben's situation, and Bo thanks her, glad that he isn't alone. Al barges in announcing that he's not in trouble anymore, not realizing Bo was there. While Bo is at work, Gabrielle and Al argue about what he's done. When Bo gets home, he tells Gabrielle that they got a break in the arson case.
September 9	Bo tells Gabrielle how the arsonist made a mistake by using a rare accelerant to start the fire. Gabrielle makes a date with Bo to make him lunch, but then she goes to Al's.
September 10	Bo wonders where Gabrielle is with lunch. Gabrielle goes to Al's to make sure he doesn't have any evidence lying around. Bo talks to Roxy about Gabrielle's strange actions. He follows her to the docks and later questions her about it. He says he saw everything that she did.
September 12	Bo and Gabrielle argue over her protection of Al. After a long argument, Bo and Gabrielle realize their feelings for each other and make love for the first time.
September 13	Bo and Gabrielle wake up together. They discuss their relationship, and agree to go public with it.
September 18	Bo confronts Al about his crimes and agrees not to press charges. He offers him an unofficial plea bargain. Al is the first third-party to find out about Bo and Gabrielle's officially romantic relationship. When Al leaves, Bo and Gabrielle talk about sons.
September 24	Bo and Gabrielle have a quiet moment alone before each has to go to work. But when Hank shows up and Bo doesn't tell him about his relationship with Gabrielle, she is hurt and asks if Bo is ashamed of her.
September 25	Bo and Gabrielle have their first real fight as a couple. Bullhorns all around. When Gabrielle goes back inside to where Bo is sitting, she says she only wanted him to tell Hank. Lulz.
October 2	Bo and Gabrielle have their first official date. Asa tries to ruin it, but Bo and Gabrielle don't let him disturb their peace.
October 7	Bo and Gabrielle argue about a gift for Keri and Antonio's engagement party, which makes them fashionably late.
October 8	Gabrielle tells Bo he's the best-looking guy at the party.
October 9	Nora spies a close moment between Bo and Gabrielle, realizing the nature of their relationship. Bo explains to her.
October 10	Bo and Gabrielle have breakfast, and Gabrielle wonders how Nora took the news. Bo leaves for work, and Gabrielle gets a phone call from Todd. She tries to call Bo and tell him, but he is busy with Viki.
October 11	Gabrielle tells Bo that it's wrong to not press charges against Viki, and then she tells him about Todd's phone call.
October 18	Gabrielle looks for Bo at the lab where he is waiting for the test results of Jessica and Natalie's paternity tests. She makes him feel guilty about missing their date.
November 5	Gabrielle runs into Blair before talking to Bo. She brings him a muffin. Second "sight for sore eyes."
November 14	Bo and Gabrielle attempt to have a romantic evening alone, but Roxy interrupts them. Roxy teases Gabrielle about not trapping Bo into marriage. When Roxy leaves, Bo assures Gabrielle that he'll never leave her, as Roxy suggested.
November 20	Bo and Gabrielle plan to spend the day "working on improvements", but Jess and Seth show up, afraid for Natalie.
November 27	Bo and Gabrielle have dinner together at The Palace. (Same Gab last year?)
December 13	Bo blows off his job to go shopping with Gabrielle. She helps Viki out with her plan to kidnap Natalie.
December 18	Gabrielle thinks Bo is going to propose; but he instead gives her tickets to the Nutcracker. "The first ring."
December 26	Bo confesses his love for Gabrielle, and she does the same.
